Präambel
Der Verein widmet sich der Förderung fundierter, ganzheitlicher und lebenslanger Bildung. Bildung ist dabei nicht nur Ziel, sondern auch Ausgangspunkt aller Aktivitäten des Vereins – sie bildet die Grundlage für persönliche Entfaltung, berufliche Entwicklung, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe sowie zukunftsfähige Innovation und Transformation.
Um wirksame Bildungsprozesse zu ermöglichen, gestaltet der Verein förderliche Rahmenbedingungen: praxisnah, zugänglich, partizipativ und nachhaltig. Zentrale Instrumente sind die soziale Vernetzung, der interdisziplinäre Austausch sowie das Erkennen und Aneignen emergenter Schlüsselkompetenzen. Der Zugang zu unterschiedlichen Disziplinen, Anschauungen und Lebensrealitäten erweitert den Horizont der Lernenden und schafft so Raum für neue Denkansätze und kreative Problemlösungen.
Vielfalt, Inklusion und individuelle Selbstentfaltung sind dabei keine „Ergänzungen“, sondern notwendige Voraussetzungen für Bildung. Nur in einem diskriminierungsfreien Umfeld, das insbesondere auch strukturell benachteiligte Gruppen einbezieht, kann Bildung ihr volles Potenzial entfalten. Die Vermeidung nichtrepräsentativer Entscheidungsstrukturen ist Teil dieses Anspruchs, da Bildung auf Mitgestaltung und Teilhabe angewiesen ist.
Der Verein verfolgt einen Bildungsansatz, der den ganzen Lebensverlauf umfasst und soziale, kulturelle sowie ökologische Faktoren einbezieht – darunter sozialer Zusammenhalt, Natur- und Tierschutz sowie der verantwortungsvolle Einsatz zeitgemäßer Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz. Diese Faktoren wirken nicht neben, sondern für Bildung: Sie mindern Belastungen, ermöglichen Selbstverwirklichung und stärken die Verbindung zwischen beruflichen und privaten Interessen. Die daraus gewonnene Authentizität, bildet wiederum die Grundlage für freie, unbefangene Meinungsäußerung und Teilhabe.
Die Bildungsarbeit des Vereins orientiert sich an den Werten der Vereinten Nationen, insbesondere den Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) und der Agenda „Education for Sustainable Development“. Der Verein erkennt die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte als verbindliche Grundlage an und versteht Bildung als aktiven Beitrag zu deren Umsetzung.
So versteht sich der Verein insgesamt als Wegbereiter für gesellschaftliche Entwicklung und Transformation: Bildung ist der Hebel – Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit und Innovation sind ihre Bedingung und ihr Ziel zugleich. Durch die gezielte, bedarfsgerechte Förderung von Diversität stärkt der Verein die Vielfalt an Perspektiven, Denkweisen und Handlungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von Organisationen. So sind diese besser in der Lage, mit der zunehmenden Vielschichtigkeit ihrer Umwelt umzugehen, anschlussfähig zu bleiben und zukunftsfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln.

The association is dedicated to promoting sound, holistic, and lifelong education. Education is not only the goal, but also the starting point for all of the association’s activities—it forms the basis for personal development, professional advancement, social participation, and sustainable innovation and transformation.
In order to enable effective educational processes, the association creates supportive conditions: practical, accessible, participatory, and sustainable. Key instruments are social networking, interdisciplinary exchange, and the recognition and acquisition of emerging key competencies. Access to different disciplines, perspectives, and realities of life broadens the horizons of learners, creating space for new approaches and creative problem-solving.
Diversity, inclusion, and individual self-development are not “add-ons” but necessary prerequisites for education. Only in a non-discriminatory environment that includes structurally disadvantaged groups in particular can education unfold its full potential. Avoiding unrepresentative decision-making structures is part of this aspiration, as education depends on co-creation and participation.
The association pursues an educational approach that encompasses the entire course of life and incorporates social, cultural, and ecological factors—including social cohesion, nature conservation, animal welfare, and the responsible use of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence. These factors do not work alongside education, but rather for it: they reduce stress, enable self-fulfillment, and strengthen the connection between professional and private interests. The authenticity gained from this, in turn, forms the basis for free, unbiased expression of opinion and participation.
The association’s educational work is guided by the values of the United Nations, in particular the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the “Education for Sustainable Development” agenda. The association recognizes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a binding foundation and understands education as an active contribution to its implementation.
The association sees itself as a pioneer for social development and transformation: education is the lever—diversity, justice, and innovation are both its prerequisites and its goals. Through the targeted, needs-based promotion of diversity, the association strengthens the diversity of perspectives, ways of thinking, and courses of action within organizations. This enables them to better cope with the increasing complexity of their environment, remain connected, and develop sustainable solutions.
